Common Sickness on a Rainy Season

The rainy season brings with it some illnesses that we need to prepare for, as these may affect both adults and kids.  Keep your family safe and  #ProtectYourHealth   by taking extra precaution: always bring an umbrella, increase your vitamin intake and eat healthily.  In case you get sick, seek medical treatment and take time to rest and fully recuperate.

Follow these simple steps to  # ProtectYourHealth  and avoid flu this rainy season:
• Get vaccinated.
• Avoid close contact with those infected by flu.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, and always wash your hands.
• If infected , isolate yourself to prevent the virus from spreading


Dengue is a potentially fatal disease. # ProtectYourHealth  and be mindful of the symptoms of dengue. If any of these symptoms start to appear, especially if a person's fever continues to be high for about 3-4 days, seek medical attention immediately.
